President and CEO
Sterling Wilson is the President and CEO of Shiftboard, as well as a member of the company’s board of directors. A seasoned executive, he has earned an exceptional reputation for building technology start-ups into significant companies. His leadership and strategic vision form the cornerstone of Shiftboard’s business as the company rapidly expands to help more organizations solve their most challenging people management problems.
Before Shiftboard, Sterling was the President, CEO, and board member at Zettics, a venture-funded big data analytics software company. He also served as President and board member of Qpass, a venture-funded digital commerce software company that sold to Amdocs for $300 million. Before Qpass, he was CFO and EVP of Operations at Concur, a travel and expense management start-up, where he helped grow the company from five employees to over 600, and led its IPO. Sterling also served as CFO and VP of Operations at IntelliQuest, Inc., and CFO at Contact Software International.
Beyond Shiftboard, Sterling currently serves on the board of directors for Seattle-based, venture-funded Koverse. He is also a board member and Treasurer for the 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle.
Chief Technology Officer
Sachin Agrawal brings to Shiftboard over 15 years of enterprise software development experience. He serves as Shiftboard’s Chief Technology Officer and is a member of the company’s board of directors. Prior to Shiftboard, Sachin served as CEO at EDP Software, makers of SchedulePro. Through his vision and leadership at EDP, Sachin grew the SchedulePro platform into a leading workforce scheduling provider that delivers continuous compliance solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the oil and gas, petrochemical, corrections, and process manufacturing industries. Before taking the helm at EDP, Sachin spent seven years at Microsoft developing and delivering large-scale SaaS services in the Windows, MSN, and Windows Server organizations.
He holds a BASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Chief Financial Officer
Annette Eyraud brings over 20 years of finance and operational experience to Shiftboard. Prior to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Shiftboard, she served as President and CFO of Pike13 Inc., where she led the SaaS scheduling software solution to a successful exit. A strategic visionary, Annette’s experience spans executive leadership roles in finance and operations at several leading technology companies including VC-backed Avalara (now a public company); Estorian, Inc., where she served as CFO; and Capital Stream Inc., where she was instrumental in leading the company’s successful sale to HCL America. Known for her ability to invigorate growth and operational excellence, Annette has successfully led several companies through acquisitions and financially challenging economic times.
Annette attended Willamette University and Portland State University. She holds a BA in Business Finance.
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Ian is responsible for Shiftboard’s sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. He and his team are based in the United Kingdom with offices in London. Ian has led several successful organizations in Europe, South East Asia, and the US. He brings over twenty years of experience within enterprise software, holding numerous executive and sales leadership positions.
Previous to Shiftboard, Ian was Vice President of Sales & Professional Services EMEA, for Spirent Communications, where he led a restructuring that put Spirent’s European business back on a path to growth. Prior to Spirent, Ian was CEO at Velocent Systems, which he guided to a successful acquisition by Zettics Inc. Before this, Ian was a founding member of Apertio Ltd, a UK based telecommunications start-up that was eventually acquired by Nokia Networks.
Ian studied electrical engineering and trained as an Avionics Engineer while in the British Army.
Chief Marketing Officer
As the Chief Marketing Officer of Shiftboard, Steve is responsible for defining the company’s market strategy, growing demand for its workforce scheduling solutions, and accelerating brand awareness. He has more than 20 years of experience in building go-to-market strategy, driving demand generation, navigating corporate acquisitions, and launching new products.
Prior to Shiftboard, Steve was the VP of Marketing and Customer Success at Chronus, where he was instrumental in the company’s evolution from early-stage start-up to market leader. He also helped double revenues while leading marketing at University of Washington Professional & Continuing Education. Before UW, Steve was VP of Marketing at start-ups Troika Networks (acquired by QLogic) and GraniteEdge Networks. He also spent ten years in product management/marketing at McDATA and 3Com.
Steve holds an MBA from Westminster College and a BS from the University of Utah.
VP of Inside Sales
Tyler Kimsey is the VP of Inside Sales at Shiftboard, where he is responsible for the development, growth and execution of Shiftboard’s inside sales strategy for North America. He brings to the role nearly two decades of leadership experience in finance, marketing, and sales for high-growth B2B organizations.
Before joining Shiftboard, Tyler spearheaded sales efforts for key industry verticals at DocuSign, where he played an instrumental role in the company’s rapid sales growth. Prior to DocuSign, Tyler led finance, strategy, and sales efforts for a number of leading professional service firms in the Pacific Northwest.
Tyler holds an BA in Finance and Marketing from Western Washington University.
