***ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST FILL OUT THE 2022 VOLUNTEER APPLICATION EVEN IF YOU HAVE VOLUNTEERED IN THE PAST***
VOLUNTEER COVID PROTOCOL UPDATE: Our 2022 Songwriter's Festival health and safety protocol for volunteers is now in place. ALL volunteers will be required to provide either proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of packet pick up/orientation or proof of full vaccination status. In order to make the check-in process run most efficiently, it is required that you upload your vaccine card and or negative COVID-19 test into your Shiftboard profile. By selecting the "Documents" tab on your Shiftboard main profile page, you are able to choose the photo of your health records and upload. The 2022 Code of Conduct has been updated to reflect these new guidelines and is required by each volunteer to read and select "yes" when filling out your application. For those of you who have already submitted applications, Shiftboard will direct you back to the profile page to update your account to include acknowledgement of required health documents. From that main screen you will also be able to upload your health documents.
If you are unable to meet these requirements, please let me know as soon as possible and we will remove you from our available volunteer pool. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation while we work on making updates to our volunteer assignments based on these new requirements.
Summarize special Skills and Qualifications you have acquired from employment, other volunteer work, or through activities that will help us determine the best volunteer opportunity for you.
If you are a regular CAA volunteer and would like to be considered for pre festival shifts or daytime shifts, this is the place to let us know.
Every volunteer will receive one 30A Songwriters Festival Volunteer t-shirt at volunteer check in.
