Everyone can sign-in, review schedules, opportunities and receive all communications, but during some months, not everybody on your Shiftboard site will be working.
"Active Users" are people who have confirmed one or more positions, timecards or other work-related activity during the preceding 30 days. "Passive Users" are the total number of people on your Shiftboard site.

Teams, sometimes called "Groups", "Departments", or "Sections", let you organize members into similar skillsets, interests, permission levels, location or other criteria.
Teams may be set to allow automatic membership for everyone, opt-in, or to require a special admittance workflow process to manage criteria such as licensing, background checks, training or other required skills.
Shiftboard is easy to use and should not require technical skills, computer support, or extra-training after initial set-up, but we offer a variety of flexible support plans to fit your organizations unique requirements.
