**Setup and training fees based on requirements
All prices listed in US Dollars and do not include state/local taxes.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept
PayPal. For Professional and Enterprise customers, we also can send
electronic invoices and accept checks or ACH direct deposits.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, however setup fees vary depending on the amount of initial support and training needed for your organization.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. You simply pay month-to-month for the Basic and Standard
editions. Larger organizations requiring Professional and Enterprise
Editions work with a Shiftboard account manager and have different
contract options depending on requirements.
