How does the 10-Day Free Trial work?
Try online scheduling with your own customized site. We provide email and phone support when necessary. In order to keep using Shiftboard after your trial, just provide a credit card for month-to-month billing.
Do Annual Events still pay monthly?
No. We work with many large events and offer a discounted annual payment plan. This plan saves money and allows year-round access to Shiftboard. Call us at 800-746-7531 for a quote or to sign-up.
Do you offer a discount for Registered Charities?
Yes. You can register for a Free Trial and then email a discount request including your website URL to support@shiftboard.com. Or call us at 800-746-7531.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For Professional and Enterprise customers, we also can send electronic invoices and accept checks or ACH direct deposits.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. You simply pay month-to-month for Starter, Basic, and Standard Editions. Large organizations requiring Professional and Enterprise Editions work with a Shiftboard account manager and have different contract options depending on requirements.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. If you change plans, your new pricing rate will be applied to your next monthly charge.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month. You will not be charged again.
