IFFBoston: Volunteer Shiftboard
The success of IFFBoston has been due in large part to the dedication of 200+ volunteers who infuse our event with an unparallelled enthusiasm and energy. We thank those that have generously donated their time in the past and welcome them as well as new volunteers to join us for IFFBoston 2008.
The majority of our volunteer positions occur before and during our spring event. Among the opportunities included are ushering, box office, publicity, promotions, transportation, selling merchandise and much more. As you fill out the Volunteer Application, please sign up for any departments you are particularly interested in. Be sure to let us know about any special skills you might possess (foreign language, heavy lifting, bartending and outgoing personalities are a plus!)
And we do not hibernate for the rest of the year. If you are interested in helping us during the summer, fall and winter, please make sure you indicate your desire to do so on the application. This will put you on the notification list for volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
